woke up,
feeling like even God would hit snooze,
and wait for prayers
to remind him of life,
in flashes,
that interupt the flooding of reason
blazing on a section of the sun,
that wants nothing more
than to burn us all alive,
but settles for providing a sunny day
to the dirty waters that encase a paradise,
I only wish was a state of mind
that I could cross into,
and gaze out from,
passing looks of...
know it all and,
know it best
the likes of which couldn't have survived 1985,
I'm sure
rightfully so,
to save themselves from
resting unnaturally above the 'bubbling lips'
that will make the same
rewarding mistakes
as I have,
answered by the same questions,
I only hope I don't die with.
